JMC Air was founded in March, 2000, formed out of the merger of Caledonian Airways and Flying Colours Airlines. The airline is headquartered in Manchester, England and has a flight of 34 aircraft flying to 72 destinations. The largest in the fleet is the Boeing 767-300ER.

The Thomas Cook Group is made up of Thomas Cook Airlines U.K., Thomas Cook Airlines Belgium, Thomas Cook Airlines Scandinavia and Condor Flugdienst.
