N27733

N27733 performed its first flight on August 20, 1999. The Boeing 737-724 was delivered to Continental Airlines on September 7, 1999. After the merger between the two airlines, this airliner was transferred to United Airlines on June 1, 2011.

This airplane is configured for a maximum total of 126 passengers. There are 12 seats in first class, 30 more in premium economy and 84 economy class seats. There are 42 B737 models currently in the fleet of the U.S. based airline with 19 more expected to arrive in 2020.

On July 13, 2018, the Boeing 737-700 was flying from Santa Ana, California to Newark, New Jersey. On the climb out of Santa Ana, a low engine oil indication was received. The climb was halted at 7,000 feet and the flight was diverted to Los Angeles for a safe landing. The flight was able to continue five hours later.
