We photographed this airplane while plane spotting at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) on June 29, 2018.

Cessna 208B Grand Caravan

The Cessna 208B Grand Caravan was first produced as a two seat cargo variant in 1986. In 1989, a version came out that served as an eleven seat passenger plane. FedEx operates nearly 250 of these small airplanes.

The Grand Caravan is 11.46 metres or 38 feet in length with a wingspan of 15.88 metres or 52 feet. At the tail, the aircraft stands 4.55 metres or 15 feet in height. The cruise speed is 344 km/h and the flight range is 1,982 kilometres.

Fedex

FedEx commenced operations in 1973 and is headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee. The cargo airline has a main fleet of nearly 660 aircraft flying to over 375 destinations worldwide. The most numerous in the fleet is the Boeing 757-200SF while the largest is the Boeing 777F.

Morningstar Air Express

Morningstar Air Express is a Canadian cargo company headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta. The airline was founded in 1970 and mostly operates as a service provider for FedEx within Canada. Morningstar has a fleet of 17 freight aircraft. The fleet includes eight Cessna 208B Grand Caravan, seven Boeing 757-200SF and one ATR 72-200F.
