Not the most common sight around the airport in Toronto, UR-GED is one of three Boeing 767-300ER aircraft in the Ukraine International Airlines fleet. We photographed this B763 while plane spotting at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) on December 15, 2018.

UR-GED
UR-GED performed its first flight on June 29, 1993. The Boeing 767-33AER was first delivered to Royal Brunei Airlines on August 30, 1993 as V8-RBK. Royal Brunei Airlines was founded in 1974 and commenced operations the following year. The airline is fully owned by the Government of Brunei and is headquartered in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei.
In its early years, this B763 spent time with Vietnam Airlines, under the V8-RBK registration. On December 16, 2010, the aircraft was delivered to Aerosvit Airlines as UR-VVV. This airline was founded in 1994 and ceased operations in February, 2013. With just a fleet of four airplanes in the end, Aerosvit was headquartered in Kiev, Ukraine.
On March 3, 2014, the Boeing 767-300ER arrived in the fleet of Ukraine International Airlines. The airliner is configured for a maximum total of 261 passengers. There are 12 seats in business class, 38 more in premium economy and 211 economy class seats.
This is one of three B763 aircraft currently in the UIA fleet. However, these airplanes are scheduled to be phased out during 2019.
Boeing 767-300ER
The first Boeing 767-300ER was introduced with launch customer American Airlines in 1988, seven years after the initial 767 variant entered service with United Airlines in 1981. A direct competitor to the Airbus A330-200, 583 were delivered, in all.
The B763 is 55 metres or 180 feet in length with a wingspan of 48 metres or 156 feet. At the tail, the airliner stands 16 metres or 52 feet in height. The flight range is 11,070 kilometres.
Ukraine International Airlines
Ukraine International Airlines was founded on October 1, 1992 and is headquartered in Kiev, Ukraine. UIA has a fleet of over 40 aircraft. The most numerous is the Boeing 737-800 while the largest is the Boeing 777-200ER.
UIA flies to 88 destinations, mostly in Europe, Asia and Northern Africa. However, they do have two destinations in North America. Ukraine International Airlines currently flies into Toronto Pearson International Airport in Canada and New York’s JKF Airport in the United States.
