C-FNAD: Sunwing Boeing 737-800 (Leased From TUI Airlines Belgium)

*** Updated February 7, 2020 ***

About a month after we photographed this aircraft, back in 2018, the aircraft was returned to TUI Airlines Belgium. It was then put into storage in February, 2019. Then, on June 24, 2019, this B738 was delivered to Sun Express Deutschland as D-ASXZ and has been with that Germany based airline ever since.

C-FNAD takes the award for the shoddiest seasonal livery. The Sunwing Boeing 737-800 is on lease from TUI Airlines Belgium and it looks like they’ve done the bare minimum to cover up the TUI brand. In fact, the winglets remain with the TUI logo. We photographed C-FNAD while plane spotting at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) on March 25, 2018.
